Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 3, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, paying for, or attending any program offered by DPS Alliance ("we", "us", or "our"), you ("Participant") agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DPS Alliance. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not proceed with registration or payment.
These Terms apply to all programs offered by DPS Alliance, including but not limited to Agentic Product Manager (APM), Agentic Product Manager Starter (APM Starter), and Agentic Product Engineer (APE), as well as any future programs, workshops, or cohorts.
2. About DPS Alliance
DPS Alliance is a digital education and product methodology platform built on the CaDPM™ (Canvas-Driven Product Methodology) framework. We offer structured training programs designed to equip professionals with the skills needed to operate effectively in AI-native, agentic product environments.
Our programs are delivered online through cohort-based or self-paced formats. All content, frameworks, and assessment methodologies are developed internally and reflect current industry practices in AI-driven product management and engineering.
3. Program Enrollment & Registration
Enrollment in a program begins by completing the registration form available on our website and making full payment via PayPal. Your registration is not confirmed until payment has been successfully captured and you have received a confirmation communication from DPS Alliance.
- Each registration is for a single individual. Group or corporate registrations must be arranged separately by contacting us directly.
- Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration. DPS Alliance reserves the right to cancel registrations made with false or misleading information without a refund.
- DPS Alliance reserves the right to decline any registration at its sole discretion, in which case any payment received will be fully refunded.
- Registration slots are limited per cohort. Completion of the registration form does not guarantee a place; priority is given in order of confirmed payment.
4. Demo Classes & Trial Period
DPS Alliance offers optional Demo Classes (also referred to as "trial sessions") prior to the commencement of full program sessions. These demo classes are provided as a courtesy to help participants evaluate the program format, instructor style, and content depth before fully committing to the curriculum.
- Eligibility: All registered and paid participants are eligible to attend scheduled demo classes before the main program sessions begin. Availability of demo classes depends on the specific program cohort and will be communicated via email after registration.
- Attendance equals acceptance: Attending one or more demo classes is considered the participant's informed trial of the program. If a participant attends a demo class and subsequently continues into the main program sessions, they are deemed to have completed their trial period and accepted the program content and delivery format. No refund requests will be accepted on the basis of dissatisfaction with content or format after attendance at a demo class.
- Skipping demo classes: Participants may choose to waive the demo class opportunity and proceed directly to the main program sessions. By doing so, the participant explicitly acknowledges that they are satisfied with the program description, have reviewed all available materials and information, and accept the program without a trial period. This decision is considered final and no refund claims based on content or delivery format will be accepted.
- Demo class withdrawal window: If a participant attends a demo class and decides not to continue with the full program, they must notify DPS Alliance in writing at info@dpsummary.com within 48 hours of the demo class conclusion. Withdrawal requests submitted within this window will be processed in accordance with Section 6 (Payment & Cancellation Policy) of these Terms. Requests submitted after this 48-hour window will not be accepted.
- Attendance is tracked: DPS Alliance records attendance at all demo and main program sessions. Attendance records are the definitive reference for determining trial period status and cancellation eligibility.
5. Program Content & Delivery
DPS Alliance reserves the right to update, modify, or improve program content, session schedules, instructors, and delivery methods at any time. Such changes reflect our commitment to keeping the curriculum current with evolving industry standards. Material changes that significantly alter the program scope will be communicated to enrolled participants in advance.
- Programs are delivered primarily online via live video sessions, pre-recorded modules, written materials, and practical assignments.
- Session recordings may be made available to participants for a limited period after each session. Access to recordings does not extend beyond the program period unless explicitly stated.
- DPS Alliance does not guarantee specific career outcomes, job placements, salary increases, or certification recognition by third parties as a result of completing any program.
- Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment during all sessions. DPS Alliance reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior without a refund.
6. Payment & Cancellation Policy
All program fees are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed exclusively via PayPal. DPS Alliance does not store, process, or have access to your payment card details.
6.1 Payment Confirmation
Registration is confirmed only upon successful capture of payment by PayPal. If payment is not captured within 48 hours of order creation, the registration slot may be released.
6.2 Purpose of Demo Classes
Demo classes exist specifically so that participants can experience the program format, instructor approach, and content depth firsthand before committing to the full curriculum. DPS Alliance strongly encourages all registered participants to attend the available demo sessions. This is important because once the main program sessions begin, dedicated coaches and additional learning resources are activated and allocated exclusively to that cohort, which means real costs are incurred from that point forward.
Participants are therefore expected to use the demo class opportunity to make a fully informed decision. Demo classes are the designated evaluation window — not the main program sessions.
6.3 Cancellation Before Attending Any Demo Class
If a participant has not yet attended any demo class and wishes to cancel, they must contact DPS Alliance in writing at info@dpsummary.com within 72 hours of payment confirmation. A full refund will be issued, minus any non-recoverable PayPal transaction fees. Cancellation requests submitted after this 72-hour window but before the first demo class will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; no monetary refund is guaranteed.
6.4 Cancellation After Demo Class Attendance
If a participant attends one or more demo classes and decides not to continue, they must notify DPS Alliance in writing within 48 hours of the demo class conclusion. Upon timely notification, the registration will be cancelled and no further obligation will be incurred. No monetary refund will be issued at this stage, as the demo class constitutes the full evaluation period provided by DPS Alliance. Late withdrawal requests submitted after the 48-hour window will not be accepted.
6.5 No Refund After Main Program Commencement
Once a participant attends or accesses any main program session — whether by joining a live session or accessing recorded session content — no refund will be issued under any circumstances. At this point, coaches have been assigned, resources have been activated, and cohort capacity has been committed. This applies equally to participants who chose to skip the demo classes and proceed directly to the main program.
By skipping the demo class, a participant explicitly acknowledges that they have reviewed all available program information and accept the program without a trial period. This choice is final.
6.6 Cancellation by DPS Alliance
If DPS Alliance cancels a scheduled cohort or program session before it commences, all registered participants will receive a full refund within 10 business days, or the option to transfer their registration to a future cohort at no additional cost. If a program is cancelled after commencement due to exceptional circumstances, a pro-rated partial refund will be issued based on the sessions already delivered.
6.7 Transfer & Deferral
Participants who are unable to continue a program may request a one-time transfer to a future cohort, subject to availability, by contacting us at least 7 days before the program start date. Transfers are granted at DPS Alliance's sole discretion and are only available once per registration. Deferred registrations retain no monetary value beyond one subsequent cohort.
6.8 PayPal Transaction Fees
All refunds are processed via PayPal. PayPal's transaction fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund amount. DPS Alliance is not responsible for delays in refund processing caused by PayPal or the participant's financial institution.
7. Certification & Completion
Participants who successfully complete all required sessions, assignments, and assessments for a program will receive a digital certificate of completion issued by DPS Alliance. Certificates are issued in the participant's name as provided during registration.
- Completion criteria vary by program and will be communicated at the start of each cohort.
- DPS Alliance does not guarantee that certificates will be recognized, accepted, or valued by any third-party employer, institution, or professional body.
- Certificates remain the property of DPS Alliance and may be revoked if a participant is found to have violated these Terms, engaged in academic dishonesty, or acted in a manner that damages DPS Alliance's reputation.
8. Intellectual Property
All program materials, frameworks (including CaDPM™), methodologies, assignments, recordings, written content, diagrams, and any other materials provided as part of a DPS Alliance program are the exclusive intellectual property of DPS Alliance and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
- Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use program materials solely for their own learning purposes during and after the program.
- Participants may not reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any program materials without prior written consent from DPS Alliance.
- Sharing login credentials, access links, or downloadable materials with third parties is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by participants to DPS Alliance may be used by DPS Alliance freely and without compensation.
9. Participant Conduct
Participants agree to engage with all program sessions and communications in a respectful, professional, and constructive manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior toward instructors, staff, or other participants.
- Recording, capturing, or distributing session content without explicit written permission from DPS Alliance.
- Using program platforms or communications for spam, promotional, or commercial purposes unrelated to the program.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary frameworks or methodologies for commercial use.
- Academic dishonesty, including submitting the work of others as one's own or misrepresenting one's qualifications or experience.
Violation of this conduct policy may result in immediate removal from the program without a refund and a permanent ban from future DPS Alliance programs.
10. Privacy & Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
11. Communication & Notifications
By registering for a program, you agree to receive program-related communications via email, including registration confirmations, session schedules, material access links, assessment instructions, and certificates. You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time by contacting us or clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional or program-related emails.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DPS Alliance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your participation in any program, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of career opportunity, or technical difficulties in accessing program content.
DPS Alliance's total liability to any participant shall not exceed the total amount paid by that participant for the specific program to which the claim relates.
DPS Alliance does not warrant that programs will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all technical platforms used will function without disruption. In the event of significant technical failures that prevent content delivery, DPS Alliance will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected sessions.
13. Force Majeure
DPS Alliance shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions, cyber-attacks, or major platform outages. In such cases, DPS Alliance will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected sessions or offer alternative arrangements.
14. Amendments to Terms
DPS Alliance reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Participants enrolled in active cohorts at the time of an update will be notified via email. Continued participation in a program after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the matter may be referred to mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DPS Alliance regarding your participation in our programs and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.
