We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or any payment instrument data. All payment processing is handled directly by PayPal.

2.3 Program Attendance Data

  • Session attendance records (demo classes and main sessions)
  • Assignment submissions and assessment results
  • Certification status

  • IP address and browser type (anonymized where possible)
  • Pages visited and navigation patterns on our website

4. How We Use Your Data

  • To process your registration and confirm enrollment.
  • To coordinate payment via PayPal and maintain financial records.
  • To communicate program schedules, session links, material access, and assessment results.
  • To track demo class and session attendance for trial period and cancellation policy purposes (see our Terms & Conditions).
  • To issue certificates of completion to eligible participants.
  • To respond to support inquiries and resolve disputes.
  • To analyze website usage and improve the user experience (using anonymized analytics data).
  • To send marketing and promotional communications, where you have provided consent.
  • To comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances:

5.1 Service Providers

  • PayPal: Payment processing. Subject to PayPal's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Firebase (Firestore): Secure cloud database for storing registration and attendance data. Subject to Google's Cloud Data Processing Terms.
  • Google Analytics: Anonymous website analytics. Data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.
  • Email service providers: Used to send transactional and marketing emails. These providers process your email address on our behalf under data processing agreements.

5.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your data if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DPS Alliance, its participants, or the public.

5.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of DPS Alliance's assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity. You will be notified of such a transfer.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access to your data is restricted to authorized DPS Alliance personnel on a need-to-know basis.

While we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, no system is entirely immune to unauthorized access. We will notify you promptly if a data breach occurs that is likely to affect your rights or freedoms.

7. Data Retention

  • Registration and payment records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years for legal and accounting purposes.
  • Attendance and assessment records: Retained for the duration of the program plus 3 years.
  • Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion.
  • Website analytics data: Retained in aggregated, anonymized form indefinitely; individual session data retained for up to 26 months.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses the following types of cookies:

  • Essential cookies: Required for the website to function. Cannot be disabled.
