10-WEEK TRANSFORMATİON PROTOCOL

CORE REQUİREMENTS FOR CANDİDATES
This is an intensive 100 hours consultation and practice program in total. When the candidate puts in sufficient effort, the goal is to raise their overall readiness rate above {90} and bring them to a work-ready state on a real project.

When the candidate puts in the required effort, the goal is to bring their overall readiness rate above 90%.
The candidate must be able to break down complex problems, see connections, and make systematic decisions.
The candidate must have direct communication and collaboration experience with 2–3 developers on at least one project.
The company must provide the candidate with the opportunity to work with real developers on part of a real project during the program, so that results can be compared and measured.
FOUNDİNG COHORT TERMS
No upfront payment is required for the first participant. The company measures results and invests only after deciding to send a second employee.
Each cohort accepts a maximum of 25 participants.
Only a company manager or authorized executive can nominate a candidate.
The manager and candidate must use the same corporate email domain.
Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, and other personal email addresses are not accepted.
The candidate must dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week during the 10-week program.
The company must provide the candidate with real developers and part of a real project to work on.
No payment is required at the start of the program for the first participant.
When a second employee joins the cohort, the first participant's program fee is activated.
The candidate must actively participate in practical tasks and complete all assessments.
Admission is confirmed based on available spots and the initial evaluation result.
